Ellen Yack has practiced as an occupational therapist since 1979 and has a Masters degree in education. She is the Director of Ellen Yack and Associates Paediatric Occupational Therapy Services, a private agency providing occupational therapy services to children, adolescents and adults. Her areas of expertise include sensory processing disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder and Learning Disabilities. Ellen conducts a variety of workshops and presentations and has published chapters and books. She is one of the co-authors of Building Bridges through Sensory Integration and is a contributing author to Children, Youth and Adults with Asperger Syndrome: Integrating Multiple Perspectives edited by K.P. Stoddart (2005). In addition to client services at her clinic, Ellen provides services to a variety of community agencies including Geneva Centre for Autism, Toronto District Catholic School Board, Aisling Discoveries Child and Family Centre, and Alliance Services for Youth Inc.

Services Offered:  Assessment and consultation regarding challenges in sensory processing, motor performance and/or self-regulation that impact activities of daily living and quality of life.

Referrals:  Professional or self-referral

Fees:  $120.00 per hour
